Mark, Pantheism is not polytheism; it is the ultimate in monotheism. Please make it clear to whomever you speak with that the AUC stands for monotheism, is a religious movement for those who wish to have a place to go to seek God, and I mean all seekers.
I don't know how you feel about race-baiters, Mark, but what I find you doing here is God-baiting, quibbling, undercutting, provoking, and name-calling, all because Dean used the word "catechism" in its broadest sense. No, Mark, this religion is not for those who have no respect at all for the opinions of others---hang-ups are exactly what divide folks. When you pinched and others cried "ouch", then you pointed that out! You and I have much to share, as our personal religious views have some things in common. Too bad pettiness kept us apart. To me, Mark, you sound like a typical UUer, a me-me-me, and that did make me sad over the last couple of days.
