Some will say the Spirit has distributed the holy teachings to man.
Some will say this has happened 21 times or more.
Why then do we remain ignorant and foolish?
We are to grow in strength through the holy rites.
We are to be adorned with a radiant spirit.
Why then do we remain ignorant and foolish?
We are told the heaven and the earth are separate.
We are told great wisdom is beyond the grasp of man.
Why are we not told that all are parts of the One?
We are told that God's resting place is in a far-off heaven.
We are told few have crossed the vastness that separates God and man.
Why are we not told that God resides in each heart and home?
Please help me to understand and know.
How can we know what is true and what is false?
How can we know that the right path is before us?
The Spirit is to raise us from death to life.
Its rays are to be in and around all created things.
Why are we told we must die to enter God's kingdom?
We are purified by the Spirit as we live and learn.
We are to welcome the One as our Father and Friend.
Why are we told God's kingdom is not on this earth?
We have been given 10 principles that govern all life.
We have been given the ability to reason and create.
We have been given the ability to grow as worthy children.
The One watches and guards our way as a loving parent.
He guides our steps and lifts us up when we falter.
He has given us great freedom to develop and learn.
Still we remain ignorant and foolish.
Many come and insist we blindly follow them.
Many still teach we are to not fully live to our full potential.
Why do they teach that life is evil?
Why do they insist we turn away from our mother?
Why do they not see that all are parts of the One?
Should we not rejoice at the opportunity called life?
Should we not honor our Mother and Father?
Should we not strive to promote love, harmony, and peace?
The One is a God of the Living.
Should we not strive to learn His eternal laws?
Should we not strive to be worthy as His children?
Let us accept the light of the Spirit that has been given to us.
Let us do all in our power to become knowledgeable and wise.
Let us be far-sighted and not live in fear.
We can accept the robe of the Spirit while still living.
We can grow and learn to be worthy children.
We can shine with radiance and leave the darkness.
Let us take advantage of this opportunity called life.
This is the time for us to learn, experience, and grow.
This is the time when the Spirit can guide and aid us.
We can live in a way that promotes love, harmony, and peace.
We can honor our Mother and Father and learn their laws.
We can become skilled and live as worthy children.
Our Father, the One, waits for us to awaken to His presence.
He is with us daily in our hearts and homes.
He is here and will provide love, guidance, and aid.
This earth can be a literal heaven if we believe.
Misfortune has come because we have separated God and man.
We need leaders who know from experience that this is true.
Let us be strengthened by the Spirit of the One.
Let us go forward from darkness into light.
Let us become skilled and live as worthy children.
With love,
Rev Dorris
