I don't.
I never though a modern Pope would pander to lobbyists. (Well, maybe I did) But the statements he makes pretend that there is not substantial and widely accepted evidence. Its smoke and mirrors. Cant wait to see what scandal its trying to downplay in the vatican.
Maybe next he will do a tobacco commercial.
What burns me up (pun intended), is the government forcing us to give up incandescent light bulbs for the mercury filled CFLs. How can filling one’s home with toxic mercury be helpful for the environment?
Amen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are they made of melamine or heparin?

I've not found CFLs to last any longer. I use GEs. The energy produced in my part of the world comes from an atomic reactor. Actually, all of GA Powers plants as far as I know are either coal burning or atomic which does not rely on our foreign enemies.
My libertarian ire is over the government forcing me to buy CFLs. If one feels morally obligated to save energy by buying them fine, but the government should not force me to buy them anymore than they should force me to buy East Indian CompanyTea.

I can understand that feeling, as I was once a libertarian myself, but real life experience has taught me that until adults become reasonable in the main, someone or something has to reign us in from time to time. Regardless of how the energy is generated, unless it comes from wind or solar, it is limited, and therefore its conservation is in the interest of all Americans. GA Power uses coal, nuclear and hydro power generator, for what its worth
