Hi, everyone. I am a "seeker", a Christian in exile from mainline, trinitarian churches that did not find a good "fit" when I briefly visited a UUA congregation where I lused to live.

I am a 61 year-old Puerto Rican male. Spanish is my native language (English is my second language and the one I use where I live and work).

My religious pilgrimage took me from birth to now through memberships in Roman Catholic/American Baptist/Episcopalian/United Church of Christ/United Methodist/Disciples of Christ's congregations.

I have an M.Div. (in 1985) from a mainline Protestant seminary and received joint United Church of Christ/American Baptist Churches USA ordination twenty years ago.

I was a pastor for twelve years (1986 to 1998) but has worked as a mental health therapist for the last 17 years
. As an open-minded, liberal, unitarian and inclussive Christian, I'd like to know if the American Unitarian Conference is the place where I can keep growing and blossoming.
Learning and growth are two of the main objectives of the AUC, in my humble opinion.
Welcome to the forum and the AUC.

With love,

Rev Dorris
