1 Corinthians 15
The Resurrection of Christ

I was reading an article - by a UK Unitarian minister Rev Chris Goacher:

http://www.derbyunitarians.org.uk/a_tomb..._stay.html

and he mentions this passage.  In reading it...the issue of what kind of body is resurrected comes up...Paul clearly says it is a "spiritual body" and gives several analagous examples.

" 42 So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; 43 it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; 44 it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body."

He then goes on to list the real meaning of Jesus life and legacy, unrelated to the spirit/physical body debate.
