Should he be invited to join the Unitarian Community?

With love,

Rev Dorris
Rev. Dorris:

I'm a little confused as to Blair's motivation here. I don't think he'd call himself a Unitarian. I wonder if he has ever spoken publicly on Unitarianism. I'll try to check on that.

Of course, he wouldn't have to call himself a Unitarian to qualify for the Unitarian Community.

He just converted to Catholicism this year....so no....I don't think Unitarianism would be on his mind. I did not pick up Unitarian leanings....did I miss something?
Right. Blair officially converted to Catholicism and not also to Unitarianism, as far as we know.

I remember a woman who attended a UUCF gathering in Texas in 2005 who told us that she is both a Roman Catholic and a UU. She arises early on Sunday and goes to mass, and from there goes to her UU church. I also know a Catholic woman in Minneapolis who goes to an early mass and then attends First Universalist here, although she may not be a member there.
