There may be social justice issues, but the difference needs to be very clear-cut, such as something involving religion.
I understand your point, but this wasn't a political or economic sermon. It just happened that a figure associated with a certain political and economic ideology was responsible for the quote that tied everything together. I agree that this isn't the place for politics or economics, and I certainly wasn't espousing Marx's views on those subjects.
